The BeoLab 4($990) 's are a high-end desktop speakers and the baby of the Bang & Olufsen line. The speakers have a very nice, fabric covered pyramid look that can be ordered in a variety of colors including black, silver, red, or blue. The elegant shape means BeoLab 4 speakers looks good anywhere, even when hung tastefully from the ceiling. I loved its pretty sharp and available colors.

Jeremy Kipnis and His $6 Million Home Theater

Wow! Jeremy Kipnis and His $6 Million Home Theater. Kipnis calls his creation the Kipnis Studio Standard(KSS), as "The Greatest Show on Earth." I'm going to try to describe the sheer magnitude of Jeremy Kipnis' theater. His Stewart Snowmatte laboratory-grade screen is the biggest I've ever seen in a home, and in the back of the theater, there's a Sony ultra-high-resolution (4,096-by-2,160) SRX-S110 digital projector. The KSS is technically an 8.8-channel audio system, it uses a lot more than eight speakers and eight subwoofers..

Livingstones: Pillows That Look Like Rocks

I don't have much information about Livingstones, except they're pillows that look like rocks. They're made by a French company and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Based on the pictures it would appear that kids love sleeping in them and they look good in a ridiculously modern room. These are definitely on my 'to get' (or maybe 'to make') list. I'm gonna put them out in the living room and wait for my roommate to get real comfortable with them. Then I'll replace them with real rocks. He'll dive in and break every bone in his body! Good times, good times.
